The almighty President Trump never lies and always keeps his promise delivered, as he repeatedly claimed that the border wall will be built and paid by the Mexicans, he is keeping the promise by allocating taxpayers' money to make it happen. That is American taxpayers' money, or we are all Mexicans now, to make President Trump's claim right.
