Insanely unqualified, self-claim not fit for government level management at all, now appointed simply because he has been a loyalist?

Hi Fans or whomever put Trump in office believing that he won't have to please those who used money to push him in office, as Hilary would be because of Wall Street money, how do you explain this? How could someone (again) without any experience be in charge of this important position? VP can help the President, do we have to rely on every vice-position to really do the job and leave the position be held be someone who knows nothing about it?
