You missed the point. The poor is used by CCP to start the revolution, once CCP got what they wanted, revolution is done, the poor is rejected and ignored, if anyone dare to have a revolution again, that's anti-revolution. Actually the poor cannot start revolution by itsown, because of lack of education, vision and environment.
