answer isn't very meaningful either. Out space indeed is very cold, however, since it is almost vacuum, there is nothing to transfer heat except for radiation, and unless the surface is very hot, like over 3000C, heat transfer through radiation is not very efficient. In a sense, it is like a vacuum mug. On a spacecraft design, engineers have to consider how to dissipate heat from electronic components, since fan doesn't work there. Spacewalk is the same, you should worry about astronauts overheating in the suit rather than being freezen.
