Palpatine fought and killed the other jedies accompanied by Windu to arrest Palpatine, then he dueled with Windu. Windu cut Palpatine's lightsaber, and Palpatine called Anakin to help him. Windu told Anakin to arrest Palpatine, but Anakin attacked Windu by surprise instead and sliced Windu's arm. Palpatine then changed his form to Darth Sedious and thraw Windu out of window.
Leia and Luke were set to be twins from the begining. It was the intention all along.
