So going with the flow is not a valid arguement. Sometimes it is just up to the officer's mood to pick on a car although all of those before or after are proceeding at the same speed. If you do want to "go with the flow" at a higher than legal speed limit, try to pick a position in the middle lane so that it becomes less likely for the officer to single you out.
