Chinese people do have both Broca and Werniche areas. The disturbance is in the middle part, the left middle front gyrus, which is assumed to connect between Broca and Werniche based on images reported in that Nature paper.
It is annoying and disappointing to read Chinese news reports. They always distort the truth and mislead readers.
