I entered an engineering college in 1981.

The average food standard was Y0.13 (breakfast)+Y0.31 (lunch)+ Y0.13(supper). Therefore, the total amount you pay for food is ~Y18.00 per month.

The "Scholarship" depends on the needs:
Grade 1: Y22.00 (30% studenta got it, students from countryside)
Grade 2: Y18.00 (30%)
Grade 3: Y14.00 (30%)
None: (10%)
