On My Philosophy and Practice of Qualified Personnel

Abstract:Great importance has been attached to qualified personnel in our nation since ancient time.The so called idea that “recruiting qualified personnel means gaining the national power” is the best conclusion of this thought.Everyone may have a feeling for qualified personnel, but it is quite difficult to be a true one.A man with a truly tender and protective attitude toward qualified personnel must be qualified with foresight and sagacity, with the former to discern and the latter to protect.As the author,I presume to expose my philosophy and practice of qualified personnel mainly through the discussion of discernment, selection, educational training, appointment, exchange and protection of qualified personnel.
