Our records show that Dr. Fang was invited by a group of FDA employees and addressed them on November 9, 2012, on the subject of “Current Food and Drug Safety Issues in China”.（非个人邀请，而是一个集体邀请） His informal lunch-time talk was one of the frequent educational events （FDA的员工工作很努力，常常 利用午休时间学习，没有浪费纳税人的钱）that are authorized by the agency （此事是FDA官方批准的）and that serve to keep FDA employees informed about public health issues that are of interest to our agency.(FDA是为人民服务的)
