The explanation in it did not explain anything, hard to believe it is from mouth of a scientist:

My puzzle: Sure, where are the H and O from?

My response: What? WTF! Who the heck needs oil or solar energy?

Seriously, Water is H and O combined, you need energy to split them, where is that energy from?
