As you can see it is actually a big advantage.
Those whose password have been compromised can come out a declare the death of the account -- so an account can be destroyed but not be stolen. If the attacker can actually change the password, the situation will become much more confusing.
In my case, if besides 008 there are 999 other numbers, so I don't really care.
