From what you have just posted about the graph/figure, it is clear that you have admitted that you copied some existing work without giving its due credit. Even if you did this unknowingly as you claimed, you have already committed academic plagiarism, although "unintentionally".
Saying that you did this unintentionally is unfortunately not an acceptable excuse. The only thing you can do now is to apologize for it first and then ask for understanding. You are at no position to threaten other people because you are the guilty party first of all.
