who is a 华人?
who is a 中国人?
why so narrow-minded?
does the nationality on passport, green card, or where you are working now really matter here when discussing academic ethics?
if you insist they do, please enclose your nationality on passport, permanent residence country, where/for whom you are working now, where you/your parents were born, where you grew up, how much you look like a Chinese, .... after every post you have here, otherwise i'd say your opinion is biased because your own interest is involved.

“华人教授”:
第一是崔琦，唯其“道是无情却有情”。
第二是丘成桐，唯其“敢恶言”。
弟三是李政道，唯其“有所不为”。
其他人想靠他美国教授牌子误导公众，本
公众必竭尽所能于以消毒。
