Can anybody know what's going on?
SINA.com:
1) some news has 【评论】at the bottom, some don't.
it seems admin has control on what news can be commented.
2) It seems you can't post any comments if you are not in China.
SOHU:
1) I can post as anonymous, but only I myself can see the post. no one else can. (I am not in China). After one refresh or two, the post disappears myteriously.
2) Sometimes it says to have XXX comments on news page, but when you click to open, there is zip. see
