To the country of America: if the honor of science is so damaged in China that no talented youth wants to choose science as career, the U. S. will lose the source of good graduate students.
To the 120 in particular: if the scientific researches in China lose their credibility, those guys will tarnish their career in the U. S. if they keep cooperating with Chinese institutes.
