If you do want to do aerobic exercise more than 3 times a week

I suggest you do two kinds like jogging and cycling, jogging and swimming, etc. Alternating exercise
make injuries less likely and make it more fun to
exercise. Ideally two kinds better complement each
others.

Most aerobic exercise emphasize lower body so I think
rowing machine is a good choice to complement others
aerobic exercise because it also work your upper body.
You can buy a rowing machine from a sport store

Swimming complement all others kinds but I swimming
is not that convinient. I also think swimming has another disadvnatge people overlook. If you swim, there
is a tendency you don't do it hard enough. Most of teh time you just casually move in the water.
