You misunderstand capitalism. There are basic rights equal to everyone. Nothing else is equal. Rest is up to the individual. Everyone has to fight to get what they want. For example, you want a raise; you have to ask for it or pose to leave. You want to be a leader; you have to show your leadership in many occasions. This applies to any color of skin.
