At here, what kind of Qiagen Kit used is very important: endofree kit or the normal kit? (I am lazy to check when Qiagen designed the endofree kit), if you guys used the latter kit, then how did you get rid of the endotoxin? This small technical problem is essential to your two papers, in fact, these two papers should be merged to be one paper as a full story, amazinly, you guys divided it into two papers!
