death star can explode a whole planet with just one single shot. Don't know any destroyer can do the same.
I guess the better idea to arm a super destroyer is not a few superweapon but a big swamp of small battleships like TIEs. It really looks very stupid that the main ships of two space fleet stick together and just use on-board cannons bombarding each other in a close range combat. Even today on the planet called Earth, the carrier fleets don't fight in this troditional way anymore.
