PLA can announce that providing weapons to the enemy is considered as delairing war on us. If U. S. does not stop, we will fight back with nuclear weapons.
It doesn't matter who is the enemy and what is the reason of the war. It boils down to the following choice: go down along or drag the whole world with me while going down.
