I mean I am running a 17% SDS PAGE, as the resolving gel, to seperate proteins between 90 kDa ~ 20 kDa. I do this everyday; 17% is not that accurate. So I think 15% might do for that 70 kDa, and it is therefore not as "可悲" as it was in 无名氏's first impression. If 无名氏 later applied the gel to a HPLC-MS system, that is another story.
