There were a few other Chinese fabless going IPO this past year.
I believe OVTI (US based) also has much engineering done in China.
汉芯, even if it does exist, is nothing in comparison. If it is fake, it also says nothing about Chinese design capability. The trend is clear that much of future semi design (other than system level innovation) will be done in China and India. Much of semi design, like much of software programming, will be commodity work in the near future.
