However, usually we only talk about the oxygen saturation in the blood vessels. In arterial side it is about 100%. It is pretty variable in the venous side that depends on the functional status of the organ. For instance, the oxygen saturation in the vein of your rectus femoris muscle (股直肌) is different between the rest state and strenuous exercise state. Usually, there is no so called oxygen saturation number in a specific muscle. In general, it is 60-80% in the venous side.
