Agree with XJ. I don't think you need to spend much time on the namely amazing bullet-stem cell transplantation. Crohn's disease is a disease that the mechanism is still elusive. Thus, you cannot even identify the target of the transplanted stem cell. Clinically, stem cells are only successfully used in the bone marrow transplantation in the patients with leukemia.
As a medical doctor before, I suggested that the patient accept the traditional therapy if the situation of the patient is Ok. Immunomodulatory drugs should be administered and some life habit should be modified.
