回答: If I bought a new IBM PC 由 xinku 于 2006-3-17, 12:38:07:

that whether the refurbished PC in the US has market in China. It is true that many refurbished PC with the same price range as the dragon chip powered PC, or even cheaper. However, this doesn't mean that it has a market in China because someone have to packege them, and ship them across the ocean. By doing this, will it make a profit or it hurts more. Say Dell ships refurbished PC to China and sell them at a price of $99, will this hurt Dell new PC market? Chances are, it won't help Dell in China. So I don't think anyone will do this. It costs less to recycle those parts in the US than ship outside.

However, this doesn't mean the dragon PC has market. There are cheap linux powered PC sold in the US at walmart, but the sells isn't very good since there isn't enough application for it. The dragon PC will face the same problem. I think it won't do well.
