Huawei also had a case of IP theft with Cisco. I think as part of the settlement, Huawei is forbidden to sell is products in the U.S.
On the other hand, Huawei’s R&D capacity and technical competence is quite solid, according to my colleagues in the U. S. who supports Huawei as our customer. Huawei is now entering telecom markets in many countries, including Spain. It does not solely rely on low price.
