1. With no formal education and training, spent most of his adult life working as a bartender and has tried to start some business(with investment from someone else) a couple of time but none was remotely successful.
2. Persuaded someone to invest in a company he founded. The company was specialized in hi-teck, a market he had no previous experience. He claimed the company had bleeding edge technology but he had no idea about it.
3. Worked with investment bankers to realize a successful IPO because of luck, ie, at right time and right palce.
4. The company was soon valued at USD47B in a few years, although it barely did any many making business. To make shareholders happy, the senior management had to fake the book a couple of times, but the founder, now the chairman, claimed he knew nothing about it.
5. Cashed his shares, worth USD750M, shortly before declaring bankruptcy, whcih caused millions of public investors to lose tens of billions of dollars. The company ended its short life shrtly after that.
