scenario. Think about what you would you do, what would you expect the government to do, and if you were a peasant living China, what would you like to do...

In fall of year 2010.

...China's trade deficit with major industry nations has exploded to $500B, compared a surplus of $200B just 4 years earlier. This is largely due to phenomenal growth of import of Malboro cigarete from US. Now, 75% of Chinese aldults are addicted to smoking and among them, half are spending 50% of their income on tobacco imports.

...TW is now the 51th state of the US, resulted from a millitary defeat from a 100-day war with US in 2008. In that war, US sent 4 carrier battle groups with 100k military personel, eliminating 500PLA troops. As part of peace agreement, China has agreed to pay US $500B to cover the cost of that war. During that war, China also has engaged in reginal military conflicts with JP, Germany, UK, France, Rusia and India but has lost all of them. By early 2010, China has conceed HeiLongJiang to Rusia and 30% of XiZuang to India permanently, and a large part of ShanDong to JP. Half of Guangdong is taken over by Germany and another half to France, and SH is taken over by UK, all on a 100-year lease. China has agreed to cover the war cost for all these countries. Currently, all of these countries has deployed aircraft carriers to Chinese sea line, stationing in TianJing, DaLian, SH, XiaMen and HK. Foreign soldiers riding in Humvee speeding through major streets is common scene in these places.

...Chinese government now is running a RMB300B deficit, equaling to about 20% of GDP. They had to borrow a lot money from WS on 10% interests.

...Foreign business are now dominating Chinese economy: all airline carriers except QingHai airline are owned by foreigners, and so are telecom industry; All banking industry is under direct control of WS; Automobile industry is consolidated into three large player: Toyota, GM, and VW.

...All tariffs are gone. Cheap agroiculture products from Russia, Canada and US are flooding chinese market, leaving millions of peasants broke. They had to rush to big cities, joining ever expanding army of migrant workers. As a result, the salary of these works is reduced to RMB2/hr, compared to RMB/hr just 5 years ago. They have work 12 hours a day, making stuff for Walmart, now a $1T conpany, laregst in the world.

...in the meantime, people in big cities like GuanZhou and SH are getting rich very fast. This is due to the fact that WS has outsourced large part of its operation to SH and Sillicone Valley has moved 25% of its operation to GuangZHou. Those Chinese who lived in those places are so proud of being rich that some of them don't consider they are chinese any more.

...Every month, there are 1000 christian missionaries come to China, setting up giant churches, converting millions of chinese into the religion. REligious schools has flourished. In SH and BJ, public school has decided stop teaching evolution in class.

...Latest technology are introduced to chinese, things like 3-D portable TV, home based nuclear power generator, drugs that make people live for 150 years are all in chinese market. But only very few in big cities can afford them.

...In the meantime, the global recession which started in 2008 when China declared war on TW is officially over. World Bank and IMF both forecast a 8% growth of global economy in the coming year, alkthough China is expected to continue the recession with unimployment rate growing to 30%, up from 25% this year. CHinese economy is now sufficiently insignificant to the world, in contrast to 5 years ago.....
