such as “Look2me” and ZioCom”? Symantec and various anti-adwares did not work for these two malwares. They keep regenerating. This is my last resort, 1) Format the hard disc and reinstall the XP or 2) Clean it as a slave disc by Symantec. I like the second option but am afraid of doing nothing either. Option 1 definitely will do the job but I have to reinstall a bunch of software and lose a lot of things. What a pain in the butt!
