I believe the reporter is either misleading or he doesn't quite understand what his is talking about. The largest amount of cash inflow, 4662.84万元 on 2004.06.04, has to be debt not equity financing. I can't imagine there was no restructuring in firm's ownership structure if this were equity, given the fact that the company is not shy of restructing in the past. Now if it is debt, the reporter can't say "其个人在汉芯公司的资本增值近70倍".
Unless SH JiaoDa had done somthing REALLY NASTY. If that's the case, someone will go to jail. No one can get away from stealing RMB47M under the bright sun.
