like Dell. It squeezes the profits out of the suppliers. In fact, it makes its suppliers to bid on-line and the lowest price bidder win. Walmart doesn't carry a large inventories, and it cares only about the flow. If any particular item doesn't make expected sales, Walmart drops it the next period which is a month or two. It is very hard to complete with it at the low-end which makes the most profits.
