Weak demands also sink many other consumer markets, and causes the banks and creditors pull the plug to cut losts, like selling their debets of retailer to high risks creditors. Slow demands also impacts vendors which ends laying-off their work forces... The problem with kmart is their management, and it lose competition to walmart. It is not the industry taking a nose dive. I said earlier that our assumption had been Walmart remained in the top and it dived.
