These English terms are usually used as “inferior health care /service” or “inferior health outcome”, and can be found in publications by US-based organizations. These terms are used when describing the lower level of health care received by the minorities, resulting in worse health outcomes.

Also there is no such system in US called ‘inferior health care system’, at least not appearing in NIH, CDC web site.

In health care research area, the term “ inequality” is commonly used to describe the disparities in health care service.
