把刚发射的北斗叫 1D，也有叫 2A。叫什么问题不大，因为目前从 NORAD 的 tracking data 来看，刚发射的北斗在 25 degree inclination 的轨道上转了一百多 圈后，分成两块。目前这两块都在 25 degree inclination 左右转。NORAD tracks all SVs in orbits, and these two beidou pieces are tracked too.

I don't think this has anything to do with the US. There is no point to destroy a Chinese satellite just to show off. China knows pretty well what the US can do. The problem seems to lay on the Chinese side. It is hard for other people to tell what the problem(s) is/are, since we don't have access to the telemetry of the satellite. It depends whether China wants to post the reason or not. Regardless, Beidou 2A(or 1D) launch failed.
