Though I hear contradicting opinions on this matter.
The majority's rule is a weekly long run milage should not exceed total weekly milage (mine is 40%).
The other rule is opposite - weekly milage should
not exceed 3 times of the longest run.

So the bottomline rule is : no rule is solid and fast
