I just checked the latest NORAD TLE about Beidou, and it seems Beidou 1D, or whatever its Chinese designation is, may have broken into pieces. NORAD catalog no. 30323 and 30479 are two pieces in the almost the same orbit, where 30479 is a break-away part of 30323. The orbit is still the same transfer orbit, about 25 inclination. I don't have the permission to redistribute the TLE, but you can search Beidou 1D TLE, and you will find the data.
