Racism: people of all races should be treated differently according to their races because all races are different, economically, socially, intelligently and biologically or otherwise. For example, if you are blacks, a different system would be applied when you are looking for a job or entering a university, which is called AA/EO in US.

Racists recognize the biological differences among different races of people in a counter-intuitive manner: on one hand, they force people to accept ungrounded ideas such as "people of all races are genetically indifferentiable", on the other hand, they set up various laws and regulations that are applicable to blacks or minorities only.

Racists treat blacks exactly the same way urban animal rightists treat endangered species-"protect" them by weakening their survival abilities rather than helping them raise their internal biology.
