It is a long article with a lot of BS by EE people. I lack the patience to slog through this mess, but basically the idea is to use a black-hole to bend light, sort of like the Edditon observation/experiment. Sure you can do that, but a black-hole with enough mass to do that (as the computer graph displayed) will probably crush anything around it.
Like I said, if I lack the patience to go through it carefully. If that is not what it says, then let me know.
