During Xmas, I talked to a Chinese veteran of Korean War period. He was a mechanic at the airport. I was told that the air field in Korea was bombed by US sides before it was put into use and he did not go across border to Korea as planned. Chinese fighter planes flied directly to Korea during the war from China. Now, perhaps we can understand better why US bombed places in Chinese territories.
