A person work for two employers in a year,
In the first 6 months he work for A
and earn $50000. In the later 6 months
he work for B and earn $50000. Both
employers deduct 7.5% as social security
taxes and contribute that amount for this
employees.

If this person file taxes, he can put
down some money as exessive social security
taxes as credits. This is equivalent to
that Uncle Sam refund him some money. But
Uncle Sum need to also refund money
contributed by employers. Should A
or B get such money back? (Most likly
IRS gives back money to neither unless
they request for it)

The person cares which of his two employer
get money back when he is self-employed.
that is , say, A is his own comany.
