It just shows these people are open minded. Maybe China can name some of their new towns after Europeans/Americans. Taiwan does. A street next to Taiwan university is named after Roosevelt. A running joke is that during an college entrance exam, some student completed the phrase 大學之道 with 羅斯福路.
