P is just a measure of one of the two events. By random definition, it maps the event to a number between 0 and 1. So p>0 is just p>0, nothing else.

Hunhun is trying to relate this number to how many times this event will actually happen in an infinite sequence. Both him and I don't think this is as trivial as you indicated.
