It was just cutting skinned bananas to chips, and microwave them for ... see,this is where I forgot the most important parameter. I pulled it out in a midnight blue and never revisited it, just as many famous scientists...
You are more than welcome to experiment on your own. And I will appreciate it very much if you post us the results. In order not to have banana stuck on your plate, you could lay some oil or powder first.
