American people are sometime quite suprised when they realise there is still a Queen and her family (dukes, princes and princesses) in England, and her head also appears on the money of, at least, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.

The Queen's has her Official Birthday, in June, i think. (Her official what?) She is also the spiritual lead of the Church of England.
