What I mean is that many hotline use voice-activated menu instead of touchbutton

When I call a bank. It ask me for my bank acount number.
After I say it, it repeats it for me to confirm. But it seems I can never get it correct because my English
is accented so that the menu can never rrecognize what
I say. It take great troubles. and the system does not
provide an easy way to swtch to button
