at 70 or 80 something, all your senses deteriorated, you don't see, hear, smell, and taste very well, you tends to think slower, move slower, have less interest to the outside world, and maybe suffering from some age related illnesses, so even if you are not in a hostpital bed, the two hour gained is till not adjusted to the one hour you previously invested at age 30 or 40.
