skill starting at early age. YiDi's problem is they regulate drinking age for no reason. AT an age of 21 it's too late to devlop biological defense system against alcohol poisoning. That's why YiDi get drunk so easily. WangQin people don't have such problem. It's common practice people drive after drinking especially in holiday season. There is no compelling evidence proving alcohol contributes as much to traffic accident in WangQin.
