The model is not ready to be coded yet. But the direction is there so my supervisor wants me to learn Fortran at the same time when I am building it up.
I can not say it in detail (otherwise I can be very easily identified here). But economists are only dealing with constrainted optimization (and of course in stochastic contexxt). And my problem is that the state space varies. Hence basic matrix form doesn't work and have to do loops.
I believe there are already lots of solution to things similiar to my problem in rocket science (literally). But I am still feeling headache for facing a large real project (actually I am always headache even before a small fake project)...
