First, there is no good reason, Saudi didn't invade other countries, and Saudi was some what cooperating with the US on war on terrors. Why invade it? Secondly it will create more problems than what it was trying to solve, I mean the whole point UBL made was that the American infidels' feet on the holy land. If the US invaded Saudi, you would expect more resistence.
